Currently available precast products include precast floor slabs, wall panels, beams, columns, staircases, balconies, metro tunnel segments, bridge box girders, boundary walls, permeable bricks and decorative cladding panels. They are widely used in prefabricated residential buildings, industrialized factories, urban bridges, tunnels and underground utility tunnels.

Cured under constant temperature in factories, precast components feature stable strength, high surface flatness and premium exposed decorative effects. Pipelines, thermal insulation layers and waterproof layers can be embedded and integrated during production. Defoamers optimize surface appearance, while expansive agents control shrinkage cracks.

 

Precast Concretes supply very fast on-site construction, less dust generation, high dimensional precision and superior durability. But need to consider high transportation costs, high requirements for hoisting equipment, and strict requirements for joint waterproofing treatment between components.
